All Velvet Noir pieces are made to order. Here's what to expect once you place a purchase.

Processing Time
Every item is printed and produced specifically for your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 2-8 business days depending on your location. Belgium and neighboring EU countries are typically on the faster end of that window; destinations further afield may take closer to the upper end.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Free Shipping
Orders over €70 ship free. Orders below that threshold are charged shipping at checkout based on your delivery address.

Where We Ship
We currently ship across Belgium, the EU, and a wide range of international destinations. If you don't see your country available at checkout, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Delays
Because every piece is made to order, occasional delays can happen during high-demand periods (like a new drop launch). We'll always keep you updated by email if your order is running behind the estimated window.
